Eucharist

Holy Communion (or the Eucharist) is the central act of Christian worship.
Through our community celebration of the Eucharist, we tell the story of God with his people throughout history,
and proclaim that this God, revealed to us in Jesus Christ, is real among us.
In this season we celebrate that no Christian is solitary – All Saints’ Day helps us to recognise God’s grace at work in the lives of so
many remarkable people both near and far, past, present and future.

The readings this week which can be found in the order of service are:

Isaiah 25:6-9

Revelation 21:1-6a

John 11:32-44

16:30 All Souls Service

allsouls

Today’s service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving
celebrates the connection with those who have gone before us in the
faith of Christ.
The Church lives out the good news that death is not
the end, but a beginning of a new life in Christ, in continuity with the
life we have already lived.
